Includes classes specifically designed for kids, with a warrior ninja feel (obstacle courses, parkour). Focused on health & strength, while being fun and social. Kids will enjoy being challenged, making new friends, and trying new things. A great program on it's own or part of our Martial Arts Memberships.

New to our schedule, we will be offering family fitness classes. Members will get a full body workout through circuit training, and martial arts inspired drills & cardio conditioning.  Designed for all members of the family 3 years and up, with workout variations for all experience & fitness levels.
